We have been very busy maintaining our droids as they continue to produce the products that our clients need. In fact, some have been laser engraving items such as these convenient bottle openers. Though I do not entirely understand the reasoning behind the design, our Protocol Droid assures us that the imagery is of great importance to those who are "force sensitive".
Well, he may only be a droid but he has saved my shop on more than one occasion, therefore I will trust his programming and follow the recommendation.. for now.

Now I am not saying we have an uncirculated supply of things like Beskar Steel ingots or anything. But, I am also NOT not saying that either. A discerning sort, such as yourself, can read between the lines, I am sure.

Well, it is custom engraved by our very own service droids to reflect an image of importance to the user. This Zippo is to be reserved for only the most worthy of our clients, given the nature of the imagery. But of course, you are one of the very few who qualify.. Am I right?

Though we have a return policy in place, please contact us if you have any issues with your order. If there is an issue that is not of your making, we will work with you to get the issue fixed.
We accept returns on items within 14 days of delivery on any item that has not been customized (unless there is a error with the customization that was made by us, and not by the customer). Return Shipping will be paid for by the returning party (with exceptions, of course).
In the event that a customer decides they no longer want the item they ordered, we will accept the return and refund the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.
