Though we have a return policy in place, please contact us if you have any issues with your order. If there is an issue that is not of your making, we will work with you to get the issue fixed.
We accept returns on items within 14 days of delivery on any item that has not been customized (unless there is an error with the customization that was made by us, and not by the customer). Return Shipping will be paid for by the returning party (with exceptions, of course).
In the event that a customer decides they no longer want the item they ordered, we will accept the return and refund the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.
